What You'll Do
We are looking for an experienced IAM Business Analyst to join our Identity and Access Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, managing IAM projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in IAM principles, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing complex technical projects. A solid background in IAM, coupled with PlainID expertise, is essential for navigating the complexities of ABAC and PBAC within our organization.
Key Responsibilities would include:
Analyze and document business processes and requirements related to identity and access management, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and authentication. Work closely with collaborators across the business to understand their IAM needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements. Act as a liaison between the technical team and business units, providing regular updates and ensuring technical solutions meet business needs. Facilitate the adoption of new IAM systems and processes by planning and conducting training sessions and workshops. Elicit and analyze business requirements for IAM and translate them into technical specifications, focusing on ABAC and PBAC strategies. Collaborate with business and IT collaborators to design and implement robust IAM policies using PlainID's policy-based access control framework. Facilitate the adoption and optimization of PBAC platform, ensuring that ABAC and PBAC policies align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Deliver training and support to end-users and technical staff, promoting a thorough understanding of platform capabilities and policy management standard methodologies. Keep abreast of advancements in IAM, ABAC, PBAC, and related technologies, recommending improvements to systems and processes as needed.Who You'll Work With

On a daily & weekly basis you will interact with key business partners in various multi-functional teams like Security and Trust Office, Infrastructure, Legal, Business Operations, and Customer/Partner Experience teams. You will work with the Business and Technical Architecture Groups, Product Owners, Development Team leads, Multi-functional teams.

Someone with an ability to take the lead in developing business solutions and clearly communicate complex concepts. Our minimum requirements are as follows:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in the IAM domain. Solid understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and trends. Experience with IAM tools and platforms (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, etc.). Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under stress. Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients. PMP, CISM, CISSP, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable. Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and standard processes.-
