We are seeking a
Project Coordinator to join our team in India

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinating and handling the technology CAPEX portfolio. Be the central goto person for any mentorship and support requested from key collaborators (PM, Brand & Delivery Partners, Tech Directors, CTO), as would have the central Travelopia view of the portfolio and spending. Providing visibility of portfolio spending to senior collaborators (Tech Directors & CTO) so they can make informed decisions in a timely manner and help to deliver the strategic plan.
  • Leading on monitoring of benefits, and ensuring they are being supervised and realized within the brands. Highlighting risks, issues mitigation plans, and opportunities so have a group view of all the benefits we are delivering, in a simpletounderstand format.
  • Ensuring that there is financial control and difficulty around the project review process.
  • Support the reasoning process with our brands and tech teams ensure that all CAPEX work has a simple and clear reason, which is then supervised in terms of spend/benefits delivery.

Objectives of this role:

  • Build a process for collecting key initiative updates and a regular basis, and then reporting progress at a portfolio level suitable for key audiences
  • Work with key internal technology collaborators (brand partners, engineering leads) as required to support their PMO requirements
  • Lead the process ensure that any work has the required argument coverage and approvals in place track, seek and ensure we remain aligned with our agreed governance
  • Prepare for monthly CAPEX approval committee boards align meeting requests, collaborators, and presentation of cases for approval
  • Provides appropriate collaborators with uptodate financial positions and forecasts based on inputs received by team and project managers. Be a link between teams, and the project teams delivering the work and our CAPEX spend support with forecasting and insights the balance of internal/external spending, opportunities for savings, etc.
  • Develop and implement an appropriate process to measure benefit realization across all of our initiatives in coordination with the technology, finance, and brand leadership teams
  • Support "organizational change" as a critical element of our success identifying where initiatives may not have the vital people or steps in place to assure success and Organization meetings to support the portfolio, supervise actions and ensure they are completed.
- handling the case process - identifying where work doesn't have a reason, support creation, supervising progress and status, setup approval meetings, maintaining a tracker of all reasons, etc. Seek signatures.

  • Coordinate with the finance teams, to tie together projects, cases, spending, and reporting and provide insights into CAPEX spend
  • Build and maintain a portfolio tracker agree on a lightweight reporting process for key initiatives using a simple project management tool, which can then be used for steering meetings and general updates
  • Support the brand technology partners with visual plans, and coordinating updates. Maintain a view of portfolio risks and issues and preparation for the monthly technology steering group
  • Adhoc requests for project management assets and benefit realization tracking across all our initiatives

Required skills and Qualifications:

  • Financial/analytical skills are needed
- proven record in a finance team
- proven record as a project manager

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Good knowledge of agile processes and principles
  • Understanding of business value around features/functions
