About this role:

NOC Specialist: Ideal applicant would work with Operations Center located in Gartner COE Gurgaon, India.

What you'll do:

Working in 24x7 operations in a team having experience on system, cloud, and network infrastructure support. In addition, the team manages IT service management processes. Proactive and agile to manage IT applications and infrastructure events and ensure to have better response time with an objective to enhance business satisfaction Application & Systems fault diagnosis to resolve incidents using system administration troubleshooting techniques on Linux and Windows server infrastructure Network and unified communication infrastructure support by remote connectivity to network appliances to diagnose and resolve incidents and follow-up with Service providers as required. Working directly with SaaS provider for fault resolution on application support Manage Major Incidents P1/P2 by wearing the hat of Incident managers during critical outages. Governance of Problem management and managing monthly problem review board with senior leadership and business stakeholders Working in close collaboration with change and configuration manager ensuring operation excellence. Build strong interlocks with client facing and resolution teams to ensure reactive complaints are addressed at a faster pace. Succeed in all the NOC metrics and process governance ensuring complete focus on operational KPI's. Contribute to new innovations to automate any manual task and create more optimization in daily operations. Participate and contribute to Continual Improvement initiatives.

What you'll need:

Any Graduate/Preferred Engineering Graduate must have 3-5 years' experience working in operation support.

Must Have:

Understanding on enterprise monitoring tools such as Catchpoint, Datadog, Dynatrace, SolarWinds and Splunk. Experience of working within a technical role to perform first/second level analysis and fault isolation on systems /application and network infrastructure Understanding of Data warehousing concept along with Azure Data Factory & Microsoft SQL database Experience in managing critical outages, Post incident reviews and awareness on Problem Management Demonstrate a logical/methodical approach to fault finding.

Education qualification as graduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering is required Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communications skills interacting with technical and business audience's. Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills Must possess a willingness and aptitude to embrace new technologies/ideas and master concepts rapidly. Intellectual curiosity, passion for technology and keeping up with new trends. Delivering project work on-time within budget with high quality
