Experience:
18 to 20 years with 5 years at top management level.
Education:
Master's Degree in Human Resources.
Industry :
Manufacturing with Shared services experience is must.
Must have exposure in leadership role as a HR Generalist.
Global Stakeholder management European,UK, US exposure preferred.
Should have been responsible& able to lead for Factory, Contract (both blue collar & white collar) and shared service office employees from HR front.
Hand-on exposure in both HR & Admin team at factory.Good exposure in Planning, designing & strategic decision making on TA, TM, Comp & Ben, Policy framework, PMS, Budgeting, Workforce planning, employee engagement & Retention.
