  • Support Function: End users in Mobile device enrolment, configuration, and provisioning.
  • Device management, including policy enforcement, remote control, and troubleshooting.
  • Application management, distribution, and updates.
  • Content management and secure file sharing.
  • Security measures, including device encryption, passcode policies, and remote lock/wipe capabilities.
  • Reporting and analytics on device usage, compliance, and security.
  • Internal query resolution by through different channels.
