Location -Pune .

Role Objective :

To design and writing Requirements for Fully Automatic Temperature controller and it's subsystems

To define design Standards & Carryover Strategy of this sub module and drive it's engineering,

Working knowledge requirement

Working knowledge of the overall automotive system, controllers ,sensors , functional aspects, design, interfacing, application, testing and integration.

-Knowledge of ECU 'V' cycle development from concept to production from an OEM perspective.

-Working Knowledge of requirement and configuration management tools like DOORS,MINT3 and RMDVV

-Familiarity of simulation tools - like MATLAB, SIMULINK, P spice

-Knowledge of automotive communication and Diagnostic protocols (CAN, LIN, UDS ,ETC)

-Awareness of HIL set ups for test automation

-Knowledge of Design tools like DFMEA ,PFMEA ,CAD

-Knowledge of ASIL and AUTOSAR requirements.

-Knowledge of Testing standards for designing Fully automatic controller . .

Knowledge of Fully automatic control system design and development which include electrical actuator design, motors control design, displays and its interfacing .

Knowledge of electronic Hardware and interfacing .

Responsibilities

1) Release of FATC ECU Function Net, DID, DTC, ESDS ( ECU specific Diagnostic services ) Documents

2) Release component level generic DVP for FATC

3) Support & Release component level DFMEA

4). External interface Documents Review & feedback consolidation.

5). Validate the Diagnostics service & EOL tools developed by TML

work on FATC for creating Function documents , interface ,sequence diagrams for features and functions .

7) Discussions with internal stakeholders for finalizing the documents for Feature or function.

8) Supporting in all Vehicle level validation and troubleshooting

9. supporting Vehicle level and Bench level validation
