Job Description
  • Lead large strategic SAP transformation deals with global scope, taking end-to-end responsibility of entire SAP solutioning and bid response by collaborating with a solution team/SMEs across multiple geographies.
  • Position and promote Capgemini's SAP offers/assets effectively in the opportunity context.
  • Lead multi-tower/technology deals where SAP is the primary focus alongside other associated technology stacks.
  • Drive the solution strategy by collaborating with the account team/sales/partners to shape deals in alignment with competitive scenarios, client priorities, and technology suitability/viability.
  • Defend developed solutions and offerings internally at the BU/MU/SBU level.
  • Plan, lead, and present solutions in client meetings/orals/workshops.
  • Interact with customers, understand their requirements, and propose solutions/methodologies.
  • Lead the new SAP (Rise with S/4HANA Private Cloud/Public Cloud, Central Finance) adoption initiatives in the context of Digital Transformation, showcasing clear business value.
  • Drive innovation and transformation agenda in large existing accounts, providing delivery and solution assurance.
  • Support and guide solutions and offerings in the Capability (COE).
  • Drive competency agenda and ideate new innovative solutions/PoCs/PoVs for Finance to Manage area.
  • Provide expert support to various projects and delivery engagements.
  • Drive performance evaluation, feedback, and correction process in collaboration with delivery managers.
  • Guide, develop, and mentor a team of architects/SMEs while continuously enhancing/improving/industrializing/reusing/automating solution capabilities.
Primary Skills
  • 15-20 years of SAP Presales and Delivery experience with a Functional background in Finance to Manage.
  • Must have experience in Pre-sales solution architecture leading large deals (> 5 million EUR) focused on SAP, understanding business requirements, designing solutions, estimating costs, and providing commercial offers to global customers. Exposure to the European geography is an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of S/4HANA Finance modules and related areas. Nice-to-have experience in additional finance-related functions.
  • Extensive experience in large, global program management, especially Template Design/build and Global rollout.
  • Proficiency in agile ways of working, especially in Design and Build processes.
  • Expert understanding of Greenfield/Brownfield/System Conversion/SDT, Architecture, Configuration, and management of SAP S/4HANA environments.
Secondary Skills
  • Broad understanding across functional areas and in-depth process knowledge in the Finance domain. Industry knowledge/sector expertise in various sectors.
  • Ability to articulate in business language, understand business operations, and translate solutions/technology into business value.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape in the SAP/enterprise space and partner ecosystem.
  • Experience in integrating SAP ERP solutions and ML Use Cases in Finance areas.
  • SAP S/4HANA Certification(s) is preferred.
  • Experience in a multi-cultural, multi-location distributed global delivery environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong capabilities and experience in people and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in representing the practice/organization in industry events/forums.
