Job description:
We are in search of a social media executive to join our growing team, specializing in unique architectural educational scale models.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), websites, Etsy, Amazon, and crowdfunding platforms.
  • Managing social media accounts, including content posting, monitoring activities, and keeping abreast of comments and messages.
  • Developing comprehensive social media plans in line with overall marketing objectives.
  • Staying informed about social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
  • Collaborating with different teams like content creators, designers, and sales for consistent messaging and branding.
  • Engaging with influencers and building partnerships to enhance reach and credibility.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitors' social media activities to spot opportunities.
  • Utilizing Social Media Management Tools knowledge.
  • Providing regular reports and insights to management on social media performance and ROI.
  • Generating and presenting new ideas for marketing presentations and conducting market research.
  • Sharing data with outsourced marketing agencies.

Skills Required:
Content Creation: Writing, graphic design, photography, and video production

Analytics and Data Interpretation:
Tracking performance and identifying trends

Strategic Thinking:
Developing aligned social media plans

SEO Knowledge:
Basics for optimizing content visibility

Creativity and Innovation:
Generating unique social media post ideas

Collaboration:
Working effectively with diverse teams and partners

Time Management:
Organizing tasks to meet deadlines

Branding Understanding:
Maintaining consistency across channels.

Expectations:
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Proficient at planning and executing storyboards.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience
Bachelor's degree (in Marketing, Communication, or Business) preferred.

Salary: 40000/- per month net plus yearly bonuses.
