Overview:

Role Purpose

ServiceNow Lead Developer ? ServiceNow (C1-Band)

Responsibilities:

  • Design and advise key business processes as per client need.
  • Define guidelines and solution patterns to ensure productbased decisions align with the Enterprise Architecture vision.
  • Supervise and lead the design and execution of integration, ensuring each product or solution within the Product Group has a properly defined architecture specification (design, governance, and compliance).
  • Facilitate the evaluation and selection of new products and services in collaboration with the business and IT.
  • Identify the financial and organizational impact of the solution architecture.
  • Partner with other architects to provide scalable and adaptable architectural solutions.

Lead the discussion as ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB / CSDM expert for Architecture/Design / end to end enterprise solutions and platform roll out.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge and experience
    in Information Architecture, IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Solution Architecture, CMDB/CSDM, and ServiceNow Products

  • Handson experience in implementing CMDB and core foundational concepts within ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge and hands on in ServiceNow scripting and Data models (Glide objects, handling both client/serverside coding, UI Pages, Macros, Flow Designer, Integration Hub)
  • Understanding of Usage of ServiceNow plugins and service graph connectors.
  • Have experience in Integrations within ITOM and overall CMDB space.
