We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced campaign manager to join our growing in-house Digital Marketing team and reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing.

In the role, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing, 360 degree marketing campaigns for Zensar.

  • Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Planning

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing campaign strategies aligned with business goals and target audience demographics.
  • Work crossdepartmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization.
  • Conduct research to identify key trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define campaign objectives, target audience segments, messaging, and creative assets.
  • Ensure media plan aligns with the overall campaign goals and strategies. Define objectives that support the broader campaign goals, such as increasing brand awareness, driving conversions, or engaging a specific target audience.
  • Monitor and allocate campaign budget as per organization business priorities.

Campaign Execution and Optimization

  • Developing, executing, and optimizing cuttingedge digital campaigns from conception to launch.
  • Set up and launch paid campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics in realtime and implement optimizations to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audience targeting, and ad placements to identify the most effective strategies
  • Adjust campaign budgets, bids, and targeting parameters to maximize performance and ROI.

Creative Thinking & Marketing Strategy Development

  • Develop marketing strategies that align with the brands goals and objectives. This involves deciding on messaging, positioning, and the target audience.
  • Plan longterm digital marketing strategy which can have a brand impact.
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

Project Coordination and Communication, Resource Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for digital marketing projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on project progress, discussing challenges, and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.

Ad Creative Development

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, headlines, and copy that resonate with target audience segments.
  • Ensure all ad creatives adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for maximum engagement and conversions.

Audience Targeting and Segmentation

  • Utilize audience targeting tools and data analysis to segment target audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and other relevant criteria.
  • Develop custom audience lists and lookalike audiences to expand reach and improve campaign effectiveness.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Generate regular performance reports summarizing key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Analyze data trends and conversion funnels to identify areas for improvement and inform future campaign strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 710 years of experience in digital marketing campaign management

Creativity: Creativity not in terms of aesthetics but also in thinking of new and innovative ways to solve problems or approach marketing campaigns.
