Key Accountabilities:

Technical Competence & Skills:

  • Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
  • Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
  • Ensure accuracy of the facility's inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
  • Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels
  • Keep uptodate records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the store room
  • Responsible for packing, labelling, and returning supplies
  • Responsible for stock rotation and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
  • Handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and minor repairs
  • Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally
  • Responsible for shipping cancelled or damaged items back to suppliers

Relevant Experience:

years of professional Store Keeping work experience

  • Ability to travel (if need be).
  • Ability to verify the equipments as per the technical specifications provided in the purchase order.
  • Ability to maintain cordial relation with the vendors and the same time does not compromise with the quality of the material received.
  • Ability to respond timely & effectively and provide Management Information on the activities of the store.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work flexible hours

Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month
