We are searching for a detail-oriented candidate interested in the position of Deal Documents Review Specialist at our company.

The candidate will be tasked with reviewing deal documents associated with CLO's, securitization, and warehouse transactions. Their role will involve performing documentation, configuration, and customization tasks using our proprietary analytical tools.



Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with team members to implement and configure our proprietary applications
  • Provide support to clients by addressing business-related inquiries
  • Participate in client meetings, due diligence sessions, and document business requirements
  • Review deal documents related to securitization and warehouse transactions
  • Assist in technical presentations and travel to client sites as necessary
  • Offer insights on client requirements to senior team members and product management
  • May need to work overlapping hours with the US time zone

Qualifications:
Post Graduate degree with a focus on finance, economics, accounting, math, or a related quantitative field, along with CFA/ FRM certification.
Proficiency in Python, Excel, and SQL Server is essential.
Background in structured finance and exposure to various Ratio analysis would be beneficial.
