Monitor & maintain the health and appearance of all plants in the nursery.

  • Inspect plants regularly for pests or diseases and take action to treat or remove affected plants as necessary
  • Perform propagation, irrigation, and pest management of plants to ensure hygiene and health standards are met.
  • Cut, prune, and shape plants as needed to encourage desired growth
  • Plan watering schedules
  • Train, instruct, and supervise others.
  • Monitor environmental factors that may impact plant growth such as temperature, humidity, light, ventilation, and water drainage
  • Control plant growth regulation through mixing and testing manure & fertilizers and monitoring the same.
  • Identify problems, investigate the causes and formulate solutions.
  • Testing soil quality before sowing seeds and planting different types of plants by adding manure and fertilisers to enhance the productivity.
  • Keep records of plant inventory

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in horticulture, botany or related field.
  • 24 yrs experience working in a nursery, garden center or landscaping company.
  • Strong plant identification skills.
  • Experience with native plants.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹6, ₹12,000.00 per month
