The RoleWe're looking for a talented and creative Video and Graphic Editor to join our team in Thane, Maharashtra.

This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll play a key role in crafting eye-catching video and graphic content for our marketing campaigns, social media channels, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for digital platforms.
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and ensure alignment with campaign objectives.

Review shooting scripts and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes' value and contribution to continuity.

Enhance video content with music, graphics, special effects, and sound design to deliver impactful results.
Ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of videos and create story from raw content.
Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends and editing techniques to improve the quality and impact of content.

Help create mood boards, storyboards and graphic assets for all our marketing channels – paid ads, social media, and more.

Develop a monthly batch of social media posts and website banners that align with our themes and technical specifications.
Manage and organize media assets effectively for efficient workflow.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field.
Proven experience of minimum 3 years as a Video Editor in the digital advertising or marketing industry.
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing work.
Creative mind with strong storytelling skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
