Steeringof Employees / Management Team


•S/heactively manages SHS TE DC in full alignment with the management team andfosters cross-DC collaboration and homogenization (e.g. of processes)
•S/heis responsible for the budget planning, allocation and monitoring of thevarious DC units together with the commercial counterpart
•S/henominates, develops and manages a team of SHS TE DC segment heads globally.InternalPartner Relationship Management
•Ensurethat SHS TE DC understands and meets strategic internal partners' requirements
