Key Roles and Responsibilities:


10+ years experience in Salesforce, designing solutions, configuring and developing custom Apex and Lightning code in the areas of Service Cloud and Sales CloudTranslate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and productsImplement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows, process builder, and validation rulesKnowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulasHave experience in software development outside of the Salesforce ecosystemHave hands-on experience with Salesforce LightningAdvanced knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, etc.

Implementation experience on LWC is mandatoryWorking knowledge on LWC (Lightning Web Components), Events, PubSub Model, Aura, Component Life Cycle, Using Public Properties, Wire methods, Usage of Apex Classes with Wire and imperative calls.

LDS in both LWC and Aura ComponentsHave experience designing APIs and integrationExperience in developing custom APEX and Visualforce componentsExperience in migrating data and customizations across Salesforce environmentsProvide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions.

Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionalityDevelop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementationFollow and understand Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitionsCoach and mentor junior technical and functional team membersCommunicate effectively with a globally distributed teamInject your own creativity into your workParticipate in the local Salesforce community (e.g., user groups)Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking and client presentationsExperience running Agile development teamsEnsure availability of the platform and provide on-call support to resolve application issuesParticipate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancementsCollaborate inter-departmentally to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutionsSupport testing and implementations plans, including user training and documentationRemain current with Salesforce technologies and best practicesBuild customized solutions that support business requirements and drive important business decisions by developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, and AJAX
