The Infrastructure Transformation Manager will be responsible for the planning, estimating, analysis, and engineering of infrastructure improvements . He/she must provide communication to team members, management, and client sponsors.

Co-ordinate with Application consultants for forming transformation move groups

Create / maintain a detailed project plan (work breakdown structure)

Management of project scope, deliverables, timelines and milestones

Management of project scope change approval process

Predict resource requirement to reach objective and manage resources

Interpret detailed project charter

Assign and coordinate project resources

Lead the project team e.g. project kick off to closure

Proactive communication with all stake holders, vendor management

Provide project updates on consistence basis to various stake holders

Prepare Weekly status report (WSR) and present to management

Manage contracts with vendors by assigning task and communication expected deliverables

Utilize industry best practices, technique and standards throughout entire project execution

Monitor project progress and make adjustment as needed

Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Understand the technical issue & guide the team to resolve it

Should drive the customer with technical details like requirement, issue etc

Should have vender management experience

Manages contracts associated with program or initiative.

Ensures smooth handover to Managed services team.

Maintains industry knowledge related to technology trends in information technology areas.

Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Brings strong influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
