Location:
Chennai, India (Hybrid)

This role is for a Sr. Agile PLM Developer, responsible for developing, building, configuring applications, and providing daily support and systems administration to resolve operational issues. Additionally, responsible for Agile Configuration Management as necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop Process Extensions, Webservices for various business needs.
- Create, modify, and evaluate Agile workflows, reusable criteria, privilege masks, user groups, roles, and business forms.
- Collaborate with Business users and Change Management Teams on governance support & project activities.
- Identify areas where Agile PLM solution can be enhanced on an ongoing basis.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Help manage patches, upgrades, and add-ons.
- Address user concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Debug and resolve Agile system errors.
- Test new features and modules, facilitate completion of user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements for the role:


5+ years of experience in Oracle Agile PLM 9.3.X focusing on Product Collaboration and Product Portfolio Management.
- Solid knowledge of Agile PLM configuration, Criteria, Roles, User Groups, Privileges, and Administration.
- Proficiency in customizations (Agile PLM SDK, PX development, Web Services, ACS, ACP, Events).
- Strong in Java and scripting knowledge in Java/Groovy.
- Understanding of Parts and Bill of Material (BOM) concepts.
- Familiarity with configuration management concepts like product hierarchy, part number systems, change orders, AMLs.
- Experience in Agile PLM integration with Oracle EBS or other systems.
- Able to work independently in a multicultural environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and independent judgment.
- Agile PLM Administrator Certificate recommended.

Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent education with relevant work experience.
- 5+ years' experience in Agile PLM administration and support in a manufacturing setting.
- Good understanding of Agile PLM v 9.3.x.
- Proficiency in writing and troubleshooting Groovy scripts is advantageous.
- Ability to document Agile PLM configurations effectively.
