Responsibilities

  • Offer pre-sales and post-sales technical and application guidance to address customer queries, provide education, training, and on-site visits.
  • Manage method development tasks for various chromatography products such as HPLC, UHPLC, LC MS.
  • Conduct customer presentations, technical seminars, and training on different chromatographic products and their applications.
  • Deliver technical seminars to existing and potential customers, either during sales processes or at organized events.
  • Enhance and expand relationships with key scientific and educational figures on behalf of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
  • Participate in creating educational content for the company's websites, videos, seminars, and application reports.
  • Play a vital role in handling product-related complaints and troubleshooting at demo labs or customer sites.
  • Produce technically reviewed application notes and contribute to uploading data/reports to global tech tools.

Requirements

  • Post Graduate / PhD in Chemistry (Analytical / Organic) / Biochemistry / Pharmacy
  • We are seeking individuals with over 7 years of experience in HPLC / UHPLC operations and at least 3 years of experience in LC MS/MS.
  • Preferably, candidates with more than 5 years of experience in Pharma / Biopharma.
  • Interest in acquiring knowledge of different chromatographic techniques for customer support via cross-product training.
  • Stay updated on current technology trends and scientific literature to share insights with the sales force team.
