Experience: 3-5 Years.Purpose of the role
manage and motivate operations team at offshore and ensure all deliverables are met
provide training / regular updates to the team members on changes to the processes and procedures
coordinate with onshore teams where necessary and act as a point of contact
drive conduct risks and ensure fair customer outcomes
supply appropriate management information as and when required
work to continuously improve performance of the team
Experience :
Minimum 60 Months of experience in UK or US life insurance & Pension only.
Minimum 24 Months experience as Team Leader managing UK or US life insurance & Pension only.
Experience in handling transition.
Experience in working at client site.
Education/Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream
Certification in Insurance from international institutes like CII, LOMA etc.
CFA Certification from CII, UK
Six-sigma Green Belt Certification
