Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to drive sales and customer acquisition in the region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships to expand our presence.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, finance, and HR, to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, BTech, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Business Manager
  • Edtech experience preferable.
  • Proven track record of exceeding business growth targets and achieving profitability.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
