• Create advanced animations for real-time interaction, focusing on precise lip-sync, expressive facial animations, and authentic body movements.
• Utilize Unreal Engine 5.2 and 5.3 to optimize animations for real-time performance while maintaining top-tier visual quality.
• Collaborate with the team to seamlessly integrate animations with technology stacks for processing user interactions, enhancing the overall immersive experience.
• Implement Sequencers, Control Rigs, and Rig Graphs in Unreal Engine to enable dynamic animation blending, transitions, and a wide range of expressive outputs.
• Refine motion capture data to enrich the animation library, offering a diverse set of reactions and behaviors suitable for various scenarios.
• Iterate on animation designs based on feedback and performance metrics, focusing on continuous enhancement and realism.
• Stay updated on the latest animation technology and real-time rendering techniques to incorporate best practices and innovative approaches into project goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, or related field, along with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in real-time animation, particularly in lip-syncing, facial expressions, and body movements.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine 5.2 and 5.3, including in-depth knowledge of animation tools like Sequencers, Control Rigs, and Rig Graphs.
• Demonstrated experience in developing real-time animations, demonstrating seamless and lifelike interactions.
• Familiarity with motion capture technology and its role in creating high-quality animations.
• Outstanding teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
