Job Summary:

Task and Responsibilities:


The incumbent would be responsible for following:

The incumbent would be responsible for following:

  • Knowledge and experience of different operating systems (Microsoft Windows, Unix, Linux, etc.)
  • Hardware knowledge (Computer hardware, Printer, scanner, hard disk, Ram etc) DNS, DHCP, office 365, Exchange server
  • Basic knowledge about database and SQL Familiar with active directory, Gits, remote access.
  • Install and configure software, hardware and networks
  • Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues Identify system requirements and install upgrades
  • Maintains, secure and upgrade a web system and create a backup and safeguard the data
  • Perform account setup for new and old employees Track emerging technologies and implement them in the organization
  • Troubleshooting, Configuration, Monitoring, Upgrade
  • Design, implement, deployment, migration etc.
  • Providing technical support as and when required.
  • Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise

Qualification required:

Education:


BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, [website], BE, BCA; professional certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus.
