Arcesium seeks an Account Manager to join the Client and Partner Development team. This individual will be responsible for all client commercial matters and will work with our global team across the US, UK, and India to create, manage, and execute strategic business plans. The successful Account Manager will develop a deep understanding of their clients' priorities and develop strategies to leverage Arcesium's technology and services to provide thoughtful business solutions, articulating a clear vision, and generating enthusiasm along the way.

What You'll do:

Serving as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters between assigned clients and ArcesiumBuilding and maintaining client business plans designed to optimize lifetime client value. Providing attention and global coverage to assigned clients in various locations.Demonstrating drive, ambition, and motivation, with acute attention to detail in ensuring all upsell opportunities are captured and explored.Thoughtfully balancing new revenue acquisition, profitability, and client satisfaction, while remaining consistent with strategic goals for the relationshipUnderstanding each client's business deeply, including challenges, opportunities, and operating environments in order to anticipate needs and provide thoughtful recommendations. Negotiating fees, service levels, and contracts through structured conversations and a partnership approachEnsuring clients are up to speed on Arcesium's existing and new capabilities.Leading periodic client visits with relevant members of the Arcesium management team and key client stakeholdersOverseeing all invoicing and receivable processes to ensure accuracy and consistency with contract terms.

What You'll Need:

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years of relevant client facing account management, sales, consulting, or client support experience.A background in financial services or financial technology is strongly preferred.They must be an assertive self-starter, have excellent presentation and relationship building skills, and have the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.This person must be organized, methodical, motivated, be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and be an expert user of Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel).A bachelor's degree and a strong record of academic and professional achievement is required, and a passion for technology is highly desirable.
