What you'll need:

  • Business partnering with the Procurement function, providing timely price data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to ensure seamless continuity in sourcing (PR/PO processes).
  • Provide weekly and monthly insightful reporting including commentary on forecast vs cost and cost of delivery for various models.
  • Business partnering with the procurement function for commercial concurrence and contracting governance.
  • Business partnering with the Finance function, providing timely data to support planning decisions.
  • Business Partner with the Business units for G&A costs and align our future network capacity to demand.
  • Lead the development of understanding of cost drivers, forecasting methodologies, and reporting to develop enhanced insights on business drivers and the robustness of future financial plans.
  • Support the Finance teams to develop the longer-term roadmap to optimize cost efficiency via financial analysis support to projects and making recommendations on the best financial courses of action.
  • Prepare summary notes for expediting the approval process.
  • Maintain documents, files, and records for the purpose of providing up-to-date references and audit trails for compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction/optimization and process enhancement while validating documents for approval.

What you'll need:

  • CA/CMA/ACCA/master's degree or MBA in Finance or related professional qualification along with a minimum 5 years of professional experience.
  • Must possess a sound knowledge in a broad range of in fields such as Audit, Internal Controls, Finance, and Business Analytics (preferably in the e-commerce and retail industry).
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in stakeholder management and problem-solving approach.
  • Knowledge of SQL programming language is preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking with the ability to define problems and propose solutions.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and within established timeframes.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships internally and externally.
