Job title:
Instock ManagerLocation: GurgaonAbout noon noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform.

On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019.

The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, butonly 5% done.

noon's mission:

What you'll do:
Manage inventory, inventory health, item-level forecasting, and assortment planning.
Interact with category teams and drive efficiency through team collaboration.

Manage inbound shipments:
fill rate, ASNs, operational issues, and lead time.
Achieve and maintain high instock rates on replenishment programs.
Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory liability, and determine exit strategy for unproductive inventory requirements.
Proven ability to manage large and complicated cross-functional projects Experience in negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects – to prioritize and plan under tight deadlines.
Highly analytical individual, flexible, action and results-oriented, self-starting, and comfortable with computer databases and tools.

What you'll need:

MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 B School.3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role & 7+ years of overall experience.

Strong bias for action & resourcefulness is paramount.

Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities with an ability to structure problems for analysis, analyze the data, understand root cause, propose solutions.
