We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).

Senior Designer - Communications

As a Senior Communication Designer at Razorpay, you will play a critical role in creating visually compelling and engaging content to effectively communicate our brand message and product offerings. We are looking for a talented professional with 4-5 years of work experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses excellent technical skills and has the aptitude to upskill with agility.

What do we expect from you?

A great understanding of design patterns, color theory, typography, illustrations, and iconography with relentless attention to detail and consistency. Think on a campaign level and execute big-picture ideas. Create unique, compelling visual content that engages new and potential customers, reflects the consumer mindset and amplifies growth metrics, and supports key business initiatives. Ability to generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end. Proficiency with advanced AI design tools such as MidJourney, Photoshop Beta, and Firefly to create unique and innovative imagery, enhance creative workflow and generate novel visual concepts. Collaboration with content strategists, fellow communication designers, and art directors to build and maintain visual brand excellence for various design needs to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and customer experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills. You should be able to clearly articulate design decisions to key stakeholders, cross-functional departments and team members. Proficient in handling multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere. Effective at turning ambiguity into clear action plans, guiding the team towards success.

What would you work on?

Create captivating performance ads, landing pages, e-mailers, print collaterals, product launch and explainer videos that effectively communicate complex concepts and features in a visually appealing manner. Develop statics, gifs and creative videos to engage our target audience and enhance our brand presence. Take ownership of projects, requiring minimal supervision and take them from concept to completion within established timelines. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual content that aligns with the brand vision. Stay up-to-date with creative trends, bring originality and strong visual sense to the table and share knowledge with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
