Job Title:
Customer Care Executive (US)

Job Summary:


As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product/service information to customers.

You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling and resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Providing accurate information about products or services to customers.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team member or supervisor.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Following up on customer interactions to ensure their inquiries are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Care Executive.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the industry.
  • Knowledge of specific products or services offered by the company.
  • Additional language proficiency, especially if serving a diverse customer base.
