1.Good Understanding of Basic Electrical and Electronics concept

2.Hand on ability in various Lab instrument like oscilloscope,power supply

3.Good programming skill in Labview and Communication Protocol like CAN,LIN,RS232

4.Familier with Hardware schematic and ability to troubleshoot problem

5.arrange and modify test setup to execute all test case

6.Understand Project Requirement ,risk,milestines and develop test strategy timing plan and deliverables

8.exeperiance with NI Teststand Software and NI Vison,individually handle project
