Barista

We are looking for talented, english speaking, experienced Baristas with the desire, skill and personality to build a coffee program from the ground up. Make and serve specialty coffee, tea beverages, shakes, mocktails and other refreshments.
Ø
Dialing in espresso, latte art and other methods. Preparation of shakes, tea, mocktails, shakes and other beverages according to set recipes.
Ø
Expedite and serve delicious sweet and savory foods.
Ø
Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items.
Ø
Fulfilling all orders from walk-in to online.
Ø
Daily maintenance of coffee/espresso equipment.
Ø
Ensure consistency and quality of coffee & other beverages preparation.
Ø
Maintain a clean and sanitized work station.
Ø
Follow health and safety guidelines.
Ø
Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed (like takeaway cups, coffee, tea,milk and other needful ingredients)
Ø
Train juniors staff if hired.
Ø
Should have experience of minimum 1 year.
Ø
Salary based upon skills, presentation and personality
