Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Ground Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all ground activities at the airport.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the safety and security of all airport personnel and passengers
  • Assisting with passenger check-in and boarding procedures
  • Assisting with baggage handling and loading/unloading of aircraft
  • Communicating effectively with passengers and other airport personnel
  • Providing exceptional customer service to passengers and ensuring their needs are met
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
