Push the boundaries for offshore wind foundations
We are designing the foundations for tomorrow's offshore wind farms. We are looking for a monopole designer to join our team to strengthen our monopile design competencies. We are committed colleagues in our Wind Energy and Renewables organization working from Denmark, Norway, and Germany. We work alongside our customers on some of the world's most significant and innovative offshore wind projects.

We are proud to have contributed to projects such as Empire Offshore Wind and the XXL monopile design for Arcadis Ost 1.


Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Designing monopile foundations for our offshore projects on a global scale
  • Cooperating with other technical disciplines such as geotechnical, hydro, and secondary steel for the effective execution of the projects.
  • Advising our customers and engaging in technical discussions to achieve the best solutions.
  • Coordinating with the certifying authority to ensure compliance with technical standards.

On top of that, you will have:

  • An M.Tech/M.S in Structural Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in structural steel design; experience with offshore monopile design is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of structural dynamics, fatigue design, and buckling analysis.
  • A genuine desire to expand your knowledge and share it across the organization.
  • Advanced communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Competency in programming languages such as Python is advantageous.
