About the role:
We are looking to expand our marketing team with a full-time inhouse position at our Adampur (Punjab) office. This dedicated team member will be a self-managing marketing expert with a strong sales background.


An ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience working in a Digital marketing agency in which they had a directly technical role.


With a strong proficiency in English, the candidate will be able to confidently host client meetings via video to discuss their goals and review their campaigns.


The candidate we are looking for will be able to take sales calls from clients looking into their marketing options and sell them an appropriate solution.

This solution will be delivered to meet and exceed the client's expectations.

Our new team member is required to have worked on multiple client portfolios (different niches) including e-commerce projects. Sound knowledge of Social media ads, analytics and CMS websites is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google & Meta ads, SEO and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content, including but not limited to blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
  • Research, track, and analyse consumer behaviours and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Execute keyword research and optimize content for search engine visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Assist in the design and creation of visual content using graphic design tools like Adobe, Canva etc.
  • Create and manage CMS websites, ensuring functionality and userfriendliness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Who We're Looking For

  • A passion for and proven track record of driving high ROI/ROAS across digital channels & campaigns largely across Meta & Google
  • Working knowledge of building inspiring and impactful social media strategies, campaigns and content plans across multiple channels
  • A datadriven decisionmaker you can confidently translate insights, data and performance indicators into best next steps for all digital marketing channels
  • Someone with strong stakeholder management skills who will be able to not only manage upwards but also work closely with Senior Management
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO and paid advertising channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn & more

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+years of experience working in a digital marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe, Canva etc.
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) platforms like WordPress etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
