This position is being hired for providing operational support for Digital Transformation in Ocwen.
JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Getting the requirement clarified up to lowest detail.
- Planning & execution of delivery.
- Ability to provide support for RPA (Robotics Process Automation).
- Supporting project delivery teams in their effort to adopt and execute on digital transformation processes.
- Performing the production support role for any escalations on a rotational basis (day/mid/night shifts).
BE/B Tech/MSc/MCA - with Specialization in Computer Science/Information Systems.
- 01 years of experience in Unix/Linux scripting.
- 01 yrs. of experience in writing SQL Queries.
- 01 yrs. of experience in writing Python scripts.
- 01 yrs. of experience in UiPath software.
- Strong analytical skill with ability to understand existing process with little oversight.
- Strong Communication skills with excellent track of working in and with teams
- Selfstarter and ability to deal with ambiguous situations
- Interpersonal and relationship management experience with strong organizational skills.
- Capacity to gain a thorough knowledge of the relevant Business area.
WORK SCHEDULE OR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Flexible shifts are needed, ability to work on day/mid or night Shift (Mostly) but need to work on day shift on rotational basis, No Travel required.
