What You'll Do
Support, track, and manage complex program execution, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra-team communications to deliver outstanding, high-quality program outcomes
o Lead end-to-end program management activities for a diverse range of Software programs, working closely with Product management to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
o Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
o Bring the right people together to identify risks and dependencies, define and adjust plans to mitigate and manage, and document the shared understanding
o Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, managing issues that may arise during program execution.
o Monitor program progress and ensure that program deliverables are of the highest quality, meeting, or exceeding client expectations.
o Effectively communicate program status, updates, and potential roadblocks to both internal teams and management.
o Leverage your knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations during program planning and execution.
o Lead program gates to ensure compliance, alignment, and executive visibility
o Drive day-to day program activities to meet overall program objectives
o Ensure clear communication of status, roadblocks and needs of the team, as well as recognizing and celebrating successes
o Resolve conflicts by focusing on shared purpose and mutual understanding
o Drive retrospectives and measurable process improvement efforts

As Technical Program Manager, you will be working very closely with the global Software Engineering team, supporting cloud and security products.
You thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment while taking the time to build relationships and drive consensus. You are curious and seek to understand across a broad spectrum, ranging from technical tradeoffs to business drivers and your team members' perspectives and challenges.

You are process-oriented, constantly driving to make things better. You are typically the most organized person in the room, and coupled with your communication skills, you excel at bringing people together in a shared understanding.
Key Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
• 8+ years meaningful experience in networking/technology industry, with 5+ years in a Program Management position and a demonstrated history and ability to take a leadership role in managing programs
• Proven track record of successful complex program management
• Fine-tuned understanding of and expertise in Lean Enterprise / Agile / Kanban practices and supporting tools
• Ability to understand, discuss/communicate technical concepts, with both technical and non-technical individuals
• Able to communicate well with cross-functional team members, be able to efficiently collaborate with and influence team members to achieve project goals, and contribute positively to the engineering community environment
• Must have strong coordination and facilitation skills and be willing to work with geo-distributed teams
• Comfortable interpreting data to translate and present as business insights
• Experience with collaboration tools, defect tracking tools, data visualization applications, and business applications
• Cloud and/or Security experience is a plus
