Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner with more than 6 years of experience to be part of our team.

Join us as a fundamental member of our product development team, taking charge of driving the creation and release of top-notch products that cater to the requirements of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and detail features, EPICs, and user stories, with defined acceptance criteria, grounded on a profound understanding of customer demands and business goals.
• Evaluate current systems, processes, and development needs to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and creativity.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to grasp overarching requirements and convert them into actionable development assignments.
• Team up with development and testing teams to assure a comprehensive comprehension of end-to-end functionality and to ease seamless project implementation.
• Showcase excellent communication abilities and the skill to convincingly advocate plans and choices to stakeholders.
• Possess a solid grasp of user experience principles to ensure product features are seamless and user-friendly.
• Foster iterative delivery employing agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, fostering ongoing enhancement and flexibility.
• Leverage collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc., to efficiently oversee and monitor project advancement.
• Take well-informed decisions, offer guidance, handle stakeholders, influence results, identify risks/challenges, impart knowledge, cooperate, and develop content to propel product triumph.
• Show proficiency in eCommerce, pricing strategy, and order management to contribute to pioneering development Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.

2. 6+ years of experience in a product owner or akin function, ideally in a dynamic setting.

• Documented history of effectively delivering high-quality products promptly and within the budget.
• Robust analytical and issue-solving skills, with the capacity to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Outstanding communication, demonstration, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for collaborating effectively with multifunctional teams.
• Endorsement in agile methodologies like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) is advantageous.
• Prior know-how in eCommerce, pricing strategy, and order management is highly coveted.
