Principal – Data ArchitectLocation – Pune/Bangalore/Delhi/Ranchi( Hybrid)

Role:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Data Architect who possesses a minimum of 12 years of extensive experience in data engineering and architecture.

The ideal candidate will excel in designing and implementing cutting-edge data solutions, leading delivery teams, and driving strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and the ability to mentor and groom teams for success.

Responsibilities:

Data Architecture and Solution Design:
Lead the design and development of innovative data architecture solutions to address complex business challenges.
Architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance data platforms leveraging both traditional and emerging technologies.
Analyze client requirements, conduct deep-dive investigations, and propose customized data solutions tailored to their needs.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:
Groom and mentor a team of data engineers and architects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Lead by example, providing hands-on guidance and support to team members in technical design and implementation.
Drive collaborative problem-solving sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

POVs, White Papers, and

Delivery Leadership:

Write and present insightful Points of View (POVs), white papers, and presentation decks on industry trends, best practices, and innovative data solutions.

Lead the delivery of client projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-impact client presentations and demonstrations.

Proactive Leadership and Innovation:
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
Lead the ideation and development of Go-To-Market (GTM) solutions, proofs of concept (POCs), and prototype implementations.
Drive thought leadership initiatives, representing the organization in conferences, forums, and industry events.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, architecture, or related roles, with a proven track record of leading delivery teams and driving strategic initiatives.

Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex data architecture solutions for enterprise clients, demonstrating deep technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

Strong proficiency in writing POVs, white papers, and presentation decks, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience leading large teams of 50+ resources, with a focus on mentorship, team development, and performance management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time position based at our Pune/ Ranchi/Delhi/Bangalore offices. Remote work options may be available.
