The APAC region is the source of many of our ingredients, and we have deep relationships with farmers, supporting many in sustainability programs.

At our processing facilities we are helping customers to respond to food and beverage trends across the region which are rapidly evolving.

Our insights team tracks market trends to get the most relevant, targeted, and up-to-date consumer preferences. We are seeing unique flavor and color mashups including mocha cheesecake, and sweet and spicy stuffed snacks.

ofi in India aims to be the supplier of choice, from sourcing and processing to logistics and marketing.

About the Business (Nuts Ingredients):With the formation of Olam Food Ingredients as the company name suggests there is strong focus in selling of value-added ingredients for all product platforms.

This position is about Nut ingredients business in India which involves selling of almond and pistachio ingredients manufactured in Vietnam to the Indian customers mostly belonging to the FMCG space in the confectionary, bakery, ice cream and catering segment.


Overview of the position:


The person would be responsible for day to day execution and coordination with supply side from Vietnam and also the customer side in India for sample dispatches, documentation, sales invoicing, logistics.

He will also ensure proper cold storages are being used for maintaining shelf life of the product and also ensure freight negotiation and dispatch for the delivered contracts of nut ingredients.

Hence MS Excel, Emails and SAP proficiency is needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Day to day execution with coordination on samples & cargo with Vietnam team both for supply sideCustomer side execution in India for sample dispatches, documentation, sales invoicing, logisticsBeing regularly in touch with Cold storage teams and logistics providersExperience & Qualification:

  • 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in operations related roles
  • B.Com./BBA/MBA
  • SAP and MS excel experience is an added advantage
