The Product Operations team enables our Product teams to build and deliver best-in-class products that delight our customers, and to do so in a way that is efficient, effective and scalable. This is achieved through owning the strategy and execution across 3 distinct areas - PM enablement and talent management, product development and cross-functional operational excellence, and product tools/systemsWe are looking for a candidate who will work on initiatives across these three areas. The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of strategic and operational / execution skills. They are a data-driven structured problem solver, and enjoy rolling up their sleeves to get things done. They are the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys working on a variety of initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and own ongoing refinements to playbooks, knowledge base and operational best practices. Define standardized processes for how an idea becomes a feature and enforce these standards across Product, Technology and Data Science. Implement and configure tools (, JIRA, Aha) around PDLC for interoperability, measurement, and efficiency. Review and refine roles and responsibilities (RACI) for jobs within Product, Program Management, Technology and Data Science to ensure clear ownership and accountability. Train stakeholders to ensure compliance with new frameworks, maintaining measurability and efficiency. Oversee recurring planning processes (Quarterly, Annual, etc.) including templates, communications, governance, and milestone tracking. Design meeting cadences aligned with the PDLC framework, focusing on status reporting, risk management, and strategy alignment. Lead high-level status and planning meetings across functional groups and engage with appropriate stakeholders. Capture time tracking for the corporate CapEx process in partnership with Finance. Maintain a database and taxonomy of people and products for use across systems. Program management of strategic projects as needed. Build centralized sources of truths for key cross-functional metrics (, feature requests, support tickets)

Skills

4-7 years of experience in consulting, business/product operations, Product Management or Program Management. Ability to build strong relationships with PMs, senior leaders (, Product Directors/VPs) and cross-functional partners. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute on large, cross-functional projects. Comfortable with ambiguity, is a self-starter, and has an enthusiasm for improving efficiencies Deep knowledge of the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) principles and methodologies. Understanding how to set up and manage JIRA at an enterprise scale. Experience with Aha or another Product Management tool. Experience in process design, communication, and training. Strong program management and operations experience. Analyzing KPIs to help Product Management make better-informed decisions and drive efficiency
