Job Description
  • Manage and administer the Group's secretarial practices and requirements on a day-to-day basis by providing in-house secretarial services.
  • Assist in organizing, attending and drafting minutes of meeting of Board of Directors, Board of Committees and shareholders.
  • Assuring that all secretarial functions are carried out in compliance with the Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance, Capital Market and Services Act, Securities Commission policies and guidelines, etc.
  • Maintaining good corporate governance and complying with statutory requirements.
Requirements
  • Qualification in CGI (ICSA) required. Membership in MAICSA or holding an SSM Licensed Secretary designation, along with a valid Practicing Certificate as a Company Secretary, is necessary.
  • Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing corporate secretarial matters, including exposure in a managerial role within a public listed company.
  • Proficiency in the Companies Act 2016, Main Market Listing Requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance, and other pertinent laws, regulatory or statutory requirements and guidelines.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, with effective communication skills.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, a solid work ethic, self-motivation, integrity, and the ability to multitask.
  • Effective time management skills is a must.
Requirements
