We're searching for a Full stack Engineer to join the 'Support views' team, particularly with strong frontend skills.

This team is responsible for managing visualizations that aid users in diagnosing device-level issues through:

- A dashboard view page with an advanced UI for troubleshooting single device problems.

- A browser extension that can integrate with ITSM tools or any website, assisting L1 agents in resolving tickets more efficiently.

Our tech stack includes, but is not limited to: ReactJs/Typescript, Java (backend), CSS, GraphQL, RestAPI, Micronaut Framework (Backend) Java.

Required Skills:

  • Requirement: Full Stack Developer (Frontend heavy)
  • Years of experience: 6-9 years
  • Technology:

Frontend: Proficient in JavaScript fundamentals, ReactJS, Typescript, CSS

Backend: Java, problem-solving skills, API, system design.

Responsibilities:


- Assist in designing, implementing, delivering, and validating product features (70% frontend / 30% Backend) in collaboration with the team, designer, and product.


- Enhance the team's architecture, design, and development best practices.


- Address L3 support requests (alongside the team).


- Embrace an agile iterative/incremental mindset and best practices, actively engaging in different ceremonies.

Qualifications:

BSc or MSc in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

Proficiency in Reactjs and Typescript, as well as experience with CSS.

Prior experience in Backend development (preferably Java).

Experience in API design (Rest, GraphQL).

Solid understanding of architecture, design, and development best practices.

Passion for continuous improvement, lean thinking, and high-quality work.

Enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges and exploring new technologies.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficient in spoken and written English at a professional level.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with CI/CD tools.

Experience in developing Chrome extensions.

Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker.

Strong refactoring and test automation skills.

Experience with observability and Cloud.
