  • Developand ensure the proper implementation of quality safety andenvironmental management systems in line with recommendations ofISO 9001 and 14001.

  • Wellversedin understanding fabrication and welding quality with a history ofthe development of WPS and PQR.
  • Continuouslyimprove the quality control systems.
  • Monitorincoming materials and work closely with the procurement andengineering teams to ensure the quality of raw materials and getinvolved in vendor management and compliance.
  • Implementand ensure a continuous improvement process of the productionprocess and a culture in line with ideas such as Kaizen and5S
  • Maintaina culture that prioritizes safety and quality through communicationaction and accountability.
  • Maintainextensive documentation and generate reports to ensure transparencyaccessibility and organized functioning. Attention to detailcomputer and data literacy and consistency is thekey.
  • Monitorand engage with the manufacturing team to ensure the manufacturingquality of the products. This includes minimizing the occurrence ofrework by logging reports and engaging in root cause analysis andsolutions.
  • Leadproduct testing documentation and report generation.


Requirements
  • Abachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) from anaccredited university. Can be substituted with extensive experienceand a growth mindset.
  • Aminimum of 4 years experience as a quality engineer in the Oil& Gas and Defense sector. Preferably in an engineertoorder(ETO) job shop environment.
  • Handsonexperience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testingmethodologies.
  • Experiencewith generating and maintaining quality documentation (especiallyusing MS 365).
  • Meticulousattention to detail and organization skills.
  • Strongleadership interpersonal and communicationskills.
  • Candidatemust be from mechanicalbackground
