Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to derive insights
- Optimize business processes to drive value for clients
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and goals
- Perform statistical analyses, data mining, and predictive modeling
- Design and implement digital analytics initiatives
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings
- Develop data infrastructure and analytical tools
- Stay updated with industry trends
Skills and competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques
- Project management and teamwork abilities
- Understanding of digital analytics tools
- Effective communication skills
- Business acumen and strategic thinking
Experience:
We are looking for candidates with diverse backgrounds but with a strong foundation in analytics. An engineering, mathematics, or statistics degree is preferred. Ideally, you should have 0 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in the biopharma industry. Experience with real-world data, data visualization tools, and statistical software is a plus.
Certifications in relevant analytical tools are beneficial but not required.
