About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Human Resources Operations Representative...
In this role, you will:
- Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of background screening process
- Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
- Collect data and prepare related operational reports
- Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
- Furnish information to authorized persons
- Collects all the necessary information and supporting documents relevant to adjudicate background screening case.
- Collaborates with more senior BV adjudicators and accredited vendor partner to further understand background screening case details
- Provides regular weekly & monthly reports as designed and ad hoc reports as necessary
Required Qualifications, US:
- +1-2 years experience in recruitment/onboarding operations support or background verification administration/adjudication
- Has the ability to maintain data confidentiality and comply with information security
- Strong attention to details
