Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and

5-8 Years experienced ML/Data Engineer


to join our team and play a crucial role in developing, deploying, and scaling our machine learning models and data infrastructure.

You will work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure our machine learning systems are robust, scalable, and efficient.


Responsibilities:

Data Engineering:
Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines to collect, process, and transform raw data from various sources.
Ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility for machine learning model training and inference.
Optimize data storage and retrieval solutions for efficient data processing.

Machine Learning Engineering:
Collaborate with data scientists to deploy machine learning models into production environments.
Build and maintain scalable infrastructure for model training, testing, and deployment.
Develop and implement tools for monitoring model performance, drift detection, and retraining.

Platform Development:
Contribute to the development of internal machine learning platforms and tools to empower data scientists and engineers.
Design and implement solutions for model versioning, experiment tracking, and reproducibility.

Problem Solving:
Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in data processing and machine learning pipelines.
Continuously improve the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our machine learning systems.

Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Share knowledge and expertise with other team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

Experience:
5-6 years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or ML Engineer.
Strong proficiency in Python or a similar programming language for data manipulation and processing.
Expertise in working with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or similar frameworks.
Experience in designing and building data pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow, Luigi, or similar.

Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Experience with MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment of machine learning models.

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for working with data and algorithms.
Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred

Qualifications:
Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Flink).Contributions to open-source projects or publications in relevant fields.
Experience in a specific industry domain (e.g., Pharma, finance, healthcare, e-commerce).
