The Role

Responsibilities  Conduct outbound calls to prospective students & their parents by following provided guidelines.  Introduce and promote the company's products/services to potential customers.  Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their interest.  Handle objections and provide accurate information to address customer inquiries.  Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.  Keep accurate records of interactions, customer details, and call outcomes in the CRM system.  Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.  Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.  Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback and insights for process improvement.  Ensure compliance at all steps.  Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.
