Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements and provide strategic guidance tailored to clients' business objectives.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate services and ensure seamless delivery.
Maintain accurate and detailed client records , focusing on core accounting data and transactions.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client accounting status and performance.
Stay abreast of industry regulations, trends, and best practices, particularly in core accounting functions.
Lead initiatives to expand accounting services while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Optimize client onboarding processes to accommodate rapid growth and eDrive continuous improvement in service delivery, implementing best practices and process enhancements.

Mentor and develop Junior team members in core accounting principles and practices to foster professional growth and excellence.
