Fluke IDC - Backend Software Engineer

You will be a part of an international, diverse, and autonomous team capable of handling the full product life cycle. You will work on developing multitenant SaaS applications with the latest technologies, while also offering expertise and mentorship to team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Develop scalable and high-performance backend systems.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards compliance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Optimize migration processes for large datasets.
  • Address performance bottlenecks during data migration.
  • Develop automation scripts for streamlining migration tasks.
  • Implement scripting solutions for automating pre and post-migration steps.

Skills Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a backend role with a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Object orientation or functional programming skills.
  • Understanding of SOLID principles.
  • Knowledge of database concepts, normalization, indexing, and sorting.
  • Understanding of design patterns.
  • Familiarity with secure coding and best practices.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Good Academic Records with more than 60% marks and no gaps.
