Job Details

The Manual QA Specialist is vital in the crypto services, overseeing the quality assurance process from start to finish. They bring a unique blend of technical acumen, detailed reporting, issue tracking, and business insight, ensuring that crypto services are not only technically sound but also align with business goals and user needs. Their role in monitoring and signing off on bug resolutions is crucial for maintaining the integrity and reliability of the company's crypto offerings.

Primary responsibilities (not limited to)

Oversee quality assurance for the crypto services Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the crypto ecosystem and platforms Report and track bugs and issues with clarity and detail Maintain a meticulous approach to testing Collaborate with development teams for efficient issue resolution Contribute to QA process refinement Focus on user experience and operational workflows Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with standards Sign off on bug resolutions, ensuring issue resolution before deployment

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or business analysis, preferably in the crypto or Fintech sector. Strong knowledge of crypto ecosystems, platforms, and technologies. Meticulous approach to identify, reproduce and documenting issues. Excellent collaboration skills to work with development and UX teams. Good communication skills for clear and precise bug reporting. Understanding of user experience principles and operational workflows. Strong collaborative skills for working in cross-functional teams. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership. Fluency in English (minimum C1 level)

Working days/hours: Monday to Friday; Fully working from the office - Indiqube Alpine (Transit) 7th Floor, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Guindy Area - adjacent to Ekattuthangal Metro Station.
