Education qualification :
B.Tech./ B.E. in any specialization, BSC in Computers, BCA, MCA or equivalent

Additional Information:
Licenses/ Certifications like CSTE, CSQA, Six Sigma or CMMI preferred

Overall Experience:
  • 6 Years of experience in QC & QA

Mandatory Skills:

'1. Strong experience in quality assurance and test automation engineering

  • Strong knowledge of test management software, programming languages, and QA methodologies.
  • Expertise in automation testing, manual testing, smoke testing, retesting, and regression testing
  • Experience in using test automation like Selenium/ Ruby On Rails
  • Experience in using continuous integration tools like Jenkins/ Harness/ Heroku
  • Good experience on Selenium web driver using Java/ JavaScript
  • Capable of developing and setting up automation frameworks and test environments from scratch
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, VB Script, JQuery, Web Services, API Testing and test automation frameworks
  • Working knowledge of web technologies including basic knowledge of HTML, CSS & DOM
  • Working knowledge of databases (e.g. MYSQL, SQL SERVER etc.), cache, queues and proxies
  • Expertise in BDD Framework (like cucumber) and Rest Assured API
  • Good Experience in creating, modifying and enhancing manual test cases and test scripts in Selenium web driver
  • Good experience in Defect Management Tools like Testrail/ Mantis
  • Good project documentation skills and experience of working with tools like Invision/ Confluence/ JIRA
  • Demonstrable Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Clear understanding of Internet/ Web Technologies
  • Ability to perform technical design review on the Dev-design
  • Excellent knowledge about asynchronous systems, distributed systems
  • Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing & ERP is an advantage
  • Good experience of version control systems like GIT and Agile Scrum, Iterative QA methodologies
  • Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly accurate and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong work ethics
  • Team player who is highly productive, committed and result driven.

Accountability:

'1. Review and analyze system specifications through manual testing

  • Design and develop test automation scripts, use test automation frameworks
  • Collaborate with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop effective strategies and test plans
  • Perform timely reporting of planning and testing efforts
  • Involve in peer test case reviews, escalations, defect tracking and reporting
  • Execute test cases (manual & automated) and analyze results
  • Evaluate product code according to specifications
  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Help troubleshoot issues and debug code
  • Able to shift between automation and manual testing tasks on need basis
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Achieves and maintains excellent content knowledge of assigned products

Salary:
Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
